Rental Agreement

*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS CAREFULLY*

This Safety and Liability Terms and Conditions shall operate in conjunction with the Rental Agreement between The Lessor and the Lessee. Product(s) listed below will be referenced in the Safety and Liability terms and condition known as “Unit”. The safety of each and every child and/or person that utilizes the Unit is incumbent on the Lessee. The Lessee must supervise and take responsibility to make sure there is adult supervision of the Unit at ALL times that a child/children and or person(s) are utilizing the Unit. Failure to adequately supervise children or person(s) utilizing the Unit may be the leading cause to child injury while Unit is in use. Lessee has full control and responsibility of the Unit and equipment after it is delivered until the time it is picked up again by the lessor. Therefore, Lessee must ensure the safe operation of the Unit for the safety of all person(s) who utilize the Unit. DO NOT allow any participants to enter the Unit without ADULT supervision.

Jumpin’ Jack’s provides you with the following General Rules and Suggestions to minimize injury to person(s) and damage(s) to personal or other property (including Unit and Equipment):

  • A responsible ADULT must supervise the inflatable/equipment at ALL times. NO entry without a responsible adult.
  • NO shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, or any other sharp or protruding/metal objects may be inside unit at any time. 
  • NO food/candy, drinks/liquids, silly string, confetti, glitter, or ANY other substance that may cause damage to the unit.
  • NO PETS on or inside unit at any time.
  • NO pushing, running, wrestling, or flips of any kind while in/around the inflatable unit. NO climbing on the net wall or jumping
  • Unit must be staked down or anchored with sandbags at all times. Do NOT move Unit from original location of installation. Lessee agrees to keep the Unit in his/her custody and NOT sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer the Unit. Keep Children away from blower unit at all times-risk of shock, serious injury, or death.
  • Refer to the warning and instructions on each unit for specific requirements on load/child ratio and operation for each unit. 
  • Lessee is responsible for the safe return of the Unit. In the event that the Unit is NOT returned safely, Lessee shall pay Jumpin’ Jack’s Inflatables and Event Rentals the full fair market value of the Unit.
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE PARTICIPATING ON THE INFLATABLE UNITS AT THEIR OWN RISK.
  • UNIT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED—CLEAN WITHOUT DAMAGE—OR CLEANING, REPAIR, DAMAGE FEES WILL BE INCURRED—SEE BELOW:

**PLEASE sweep unit out when finished; dust busters/cordless vacuums work great! –(Jumpin’ Jack’s will sanitize Unit upon return)** 

CARE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Lessee shall be responsible for any and all damage to any of the Rental Equipment NOT caused by wear and tear. “Ordinary wear and tear” shall mean only the normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment. Lessee shall be liable to Lessor for any and all damage, which is NOT “ordinary wear and tear” in an amount equal to the replacement value. Damage which is NOT “ordinary wear and tear” includes, but is NOT limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, ripping or tearing of handles or hoses, removal or adjustments of liners, flooding with water or any liquid or substance, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, abuse, contamination of or dirtying of rental equipment with non-approved items such as chemicals, food, paint, silly string, mud, clay, or other materials.

Should equipment returned to lessor need to be cleaned, repaired, and/or replaced due to damage, a fee of $75.00 U.S.D. will be charged. Damage by “silly string” will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00 U.S.D. per hour or replacement if determined damaged by Lessor.

***THE FOLLOWING PERSONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING UNIT AND EQUIPMENT: PREGNANT WOMEN; INDIVIDUALS ON MEDICATION OR UNDER A PHYSICIAN’S CARE; THOSE WITH PHYSICAL AILMENTS, INCLUDING WEARING OF CAST, HEART CONDITIONS, SHELETAL/MUSCULAR INJURY OR PAIN; INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS; AND PERSONS WHO COULD BE INJURED IN ANYWAY BY THE STRENUOUS ACTIVITY LIKELY TO BE UNDERTAKEN.***

Warranty: Lessor warrants that the Unit leased under this Rental Contract will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Contract. The Unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Contract is limited to repair or replacement of the Unit. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and all obligation and liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages including, but not limited to the consequent damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Unit.

Release of Liability: The Lessee shall be in charge of the unit’s operation, as well as return of the Unit in a good working condition. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are NOT responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, death, property damage, and expenses occurring or resulting from participants in these activities to the Lessee or to any other persons using the Unit, and Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and the attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and the return of the unit, should legal action become necessary.

Special Instructions/Troubleshooting: If the Unit begins to deflate: I) The motor/blower may have stopped in which case check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor. Stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room. II) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the sides of the motor for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the unit for snugness, retie if necessary. III) Check and make sure the zipper(s) on the units is/are fully closed. –If you cannot correct the problem, please call us immediately at 662-801-8470 or 662-801-2630.

Weather Policy: During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping the unit. Should you decide to keep the unit for the term of the Rental Contract, there will be no refund.

**If winds exceed 15 MPH, EXIT the unit immediately, unplug the blower, and clear the area. **
